hello Doctor, I am 28 years old male without having any bigger medical history of any kind of ailments. I am having a kind of traveling job, so as long as I stay in India, I used to jog five or six times weekly(approx. 25km a week). After running for a week, It starts some acute pain in my shin somewhere between the flesh and bone. If I press this, the pain is much severer. This pain sustains as long as I jog. If I discontinue jogging for a week, there in no more pain. This problem I am having since 4-5 years. Is it a normal? kindly advice. Thanks in advance for your help. Amritesh Kumar Jaiswal
This is nothing but just fatigue and it is there that means your muscles are not strong enough, so you need to train your muscles, i would suggest you to run with a little slow speed and then gradually increase the speed. This pain is improve soon. Also take good protein diet and tablet B complex daily. If pain is very severe then you can take Brufen tablet for pain relief.
