after left ovarian cyst removed, fallopian tubes unblocked and endometriosis on top of my uterus removed treated in one operation "Laparotomy" last year 12th august and before the op they gynecologist Injected antibiotics that whre mixedup with certain medication through my vagina> cervix> uterus to treat infection he injected it till the 8th day.

now my periods aint the same in feb dis year I had my periods on the 15th and when time goes on the dates change.last month I had the on the 27th and this month on the 24th. ok I knw dat is normal bt something unusual happened I felt my egg wen it was released and when it moved through my fallopian tube on my left lower abdominal and it was like that triggered sharp pain and for a few seconds I couldn't stand straight nor walk properly then it went away. then 23th I spotted brown lil blood that night I had pain that made my pelvic to feel tired and my left leg had cramp.had pains on the 24th and 25th those are the only day my periods flow was normal "2days" and 26th and 27th at night nothing comes out. i could only see light blood when i wipe with a toilet paper.before op I would flow for 7days full with no stop which seemed normal and my dates didn't change. what I noticed after the op my flowing days decreases which is disturbing because im 21 years old im scared that I wont have my own children please help
