hello doctor , i am having bp 160/100 consuming amlong-A shall i take fish oil tablet as supplement my age is 40

hi Geetha,thanks for query.There is no need for any extra supplement.You blood pressure in still not under control even after tablets,so first of all talk to your doctor about this and make sure that you blood pressure comes down to normal.Apart from this please go for some routine investigations like lipids,kindey reports,blood sugar etc. after discussion with your doctor to have baseline information.Do regular exercise and restrict salt in diet.
