Hello, I am having running nose and from right side nasal i am getting yellow colored water. Also having coughing problem and when i checked my temperature its normal but i am feeling like i am having fever. I showed to one general physician and he wrote few medicines Histacet Cold( twice a day) Azithromycin Tablets(Once in a day) Rantac (twice a day) Please help me to understand whether these are fine for the kind of sickness i have.
