Combination Of IBS And Acid Reflux

I often get this rolling sensation into the left side of my chest that feels like its making my heart thump once or twice then I feel like I am involuntarily holding my breath. After this episode is over it doesn't happen again for several minutes. Would this be a heart related issue or something to do with me having a combination of IBS and acid reflux?

Mainly favours the acid reflux problem. But it is always better to get an ECG done and rule out any cardiac cause.
