disc desiccation with annular disc bulge is seen at l-3-4 and l4-5 vertebral level causing indnetation over anterior thecal ac with mild narrowing of neural foramina resulting in effacement of existing nerve bilaterally and on left side at l-5-S-1 verterbal level.
sir the above metnioned is my MRI report and i am facing lower back pain for the last two months when i get up in the morning it is quite ok but when the movement increases the pain and stiffness increases. kindly guide me
