e, pls note that my niece has delivered a baby recently and she was taking the following medicine during her pregnancy :

Loratadine 10 mg during pregnancy

The following medicine she used to take before her pregnancy:

Fexofenadine 180 mg
Valaciclovir 500 mg
Rhinolast 22 ml
Salamol
Since she is breast feeding now, is it OK if she starts taking all these medicines again included by the first one she was taking during pregnancy?
