mental function compromised hallucinatory and sporadically inarticulate emaciation and muscle wasting due to lack of food intake to which she is resistant non ambulatory due to advanced muscle loss with necrotic skin tissue@75% fall risk. Can intravenous nutrition and or direct gastric tube feeding be indicated for this person?
