Hello , Im 47 Years Old About A Year And

hello , im 47 years old about a year and a half ago i was bucks off a horse, hurt my shoulder and lower back , had an mir showed i had a small bug in the l4 l5 area shortly after the i started having pain in my scrotum , and then started having ED problems the pain goes from my lower back down to my feet, i have had several injections in my back which helps with the legs and helps some with the pain in my scrotum, have asked several DR's said ed is probably from age and being a diabetic, but when i ask why the pain leaves scrotum they don't say a lot , could the bulk in my back be the cause of the scrotum pain and ED ? I've been getting shots in my back about every 4 months or until the pain in my legs becomes really bothersome
