im a boy done 23 years old and im a THALASSEMIA MAJOR PATIENT AND i have a girlfriend and i want to marry her but i feel that i have a problem while doing sex i feel not like a normal person bacause my di** is not that much strong and i cant push it inside its hard and sometime while im coming theres no sperms just a little bit so can you please tell me if theres any treatment and im a healthy guy going to gym and doing a lot of hobby and my face looks normal .
