hi i am a male 58 yrs old and have burning when i urinate with frequent trips to bathroom. my prostate is swollen, very uncomfortable sitting.also a temperature of 101.5 I went to my doctor he took a urine sample and said i have a uti he prescribed cipro 500mg. i saw him on friday it is now sunday. he said to call him monday because he'll have the results from the urine sample, and depending on the results he may have to change the medication. My question is Should I be feeling some relief by now?
