Hi I'm A 19 Yr Old Male And After Every

hi i'm a 19 yr old male and after every time i pee, urine remains at the tip of the penis, i try to shake it off,but it doesn't work. so i have to always wipe it off with toilet paper. i think that this is not normal. this makes me very upset. i just want to feel like everyone else,who pee at the urinal and shake it off. this has changed my life physically and emotionally. is there anything ii can do to make sure no urine remains at the tip of penis, without wiping it off? please help
