hi, my father in law aged 55-60 is hospitalized in Canada (while travelling). His food pipe has shrunk and doctors have inserted a baby pipe to alleviate breathing. Doctors are suggesting to undergo surgery to create airwaves which will allow him to come back to india and then under go proper treatment. can you advise if this is indeed a good practice and would not create risk while travelling. Pls also advise of consequences and other issues which we should keep in mind.
