hi sir my age is 20.and i have just started developing white hair on beard .it cant be seen clearly but can be seen somewat in sunlight...so if i stop masturbation can i get the previous healthy life again with black beard.i am also on vitamin b complex capsules and salad of mixed raw vegetables like onion,cauliflower and pro biotic ...if i continue this all n stop masturbating ..will i get the previous life again ..please help me doctor i am scared here
