hi..I am a 57 yr old female and I was just diagnose with an enlarged adnoid by my ent dr...I also have allergies and have been producing a lot of thick phlem in my throat an wheezing badly I cannot get rid of the phlem and wheezing and cannot sleep at night because I wheeze so loud I wake my self up...I have been taking prescription meds...nasal spray inhaler allergy meds musinex and nothing is working please shed me some light on what else I may be able to do or is it my adnoid
