Hello and welcome to HCM, There are many causes of low body temperature. Low body temperature is called hypothermia. Consumption of alcohol can cause hypothermia. Cold environmental temperature can also cause hypothermia. Bacterial infections can also cause low body temperature. In your case, there are associated symptoms of stiffness, dizziness, headache, nausea, weakness and tiredness, there is possibility of hypothyroidism. Hypothyrodism is caused by fall in thyroid hormones and it causes similar symptoms along with low body temperature. Consult your physician for clinical examination and relevant investigations for further management.
