i am 56 years old male..PSA is less than 0.4 and kidney measures are 10.3*4.7cms n 10.9*5 cms right and left respectively..Kidney size are normal and no calculas or hydronephrosis seen..Urinary bladder is normal and thickness measuring upto2 mm..

second post void volume is 45 cc
prostate size is 24cc..i am taking Silodal D8..last post void was 100cc..i am taking this medicine since last 2years..pl advise whetheri continue with medicine or go for surgery..else i am comfortable
