Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i have a numbness in my left thigh though it does not affect my usual walking pattern. I did break my left knee cap 2 1/2 years ago and the leg has never been back to how it was prior to the break. The numbness has if anything been more noticeable in the last 6 months or so. As mentioned above it does not affect my walking and i do play badminton without any issues.
Not related to the above but a separate issue......... I do a fair amount of cycling and have periodically experienced spasms in the leg after about 50-70 miles where the leg or legs will freeze and lock solid, some say this is a lactic acid build up and will be something that i get use to eventually though i've been cycling over 5 years and it's not improved over that time.
