I Have Been Taking For Postinor 2 For 2 Years

i have been taking for postinor 2 for 2 years and have been taking it once a month. Someimes my period would be very heavy with major crumps and at times it would delay. My question is does it have long term effects especially if idecide to have children. Please advise.
