I Have Missed Period, Nausea, Sharp Pains Lower Right Groin
Female, 31, trying to conceive for over a year. Started with nausea 4 days after ovulation (used an ovuation test), this continued for a few days. Had a couple days rest then nausea for a few more days. Period due 2 days ago, didn t arrive. Negative pregnancy test, nausea almost gone. Now have pain and i thought I could feel a lump in lower right groin. Sharp pain coming and going. Any ideas?

I suggest you go in for an abdominal examination.Your symptoms of pain and nausea are not related to your menses.If your period is delayed,and the test is negative,dont panic.It should arrive soon.Get an ultrasound and get appendicitis ruled out first.
