I Suffering From Stomach Pain Since 6 Months, Kindly Help Me

Sir, i suffering from stomach pain since 6 months, especially after eating anything, i feel uncomfortable always, very bad gas problem, and big problem is urine not comes very smoothly, i feel lot of pain when i pass urine, and after passing urine urine drops coming out automatically i cant control urine for 2 minutes even when i sitting urine and money drops coming out automatically i have done blood test , urine test , and ultra sound also but everything is clear is reports

Are you overweight? These things are more common in such individuals. Avoid gastric stimulants like coffee, tea, beans, potato, etc. Indulge in a good aerobic exercise like Walking everyday. Take raw onion in your diet.
