iam 34 yr old female, overweight after my delivery.i have piles .i want to know when we do abdominal crunches,will the piles increase and start bleeding or if eating chicken increases piles also can i do skipping iam 5 ft 2 inches and iam 83kg.pls do reply
welcome to healthcaremagic.com.Movements which exercise the abdominal muscles will improve circulation in the rectal region and relieve congestion.There are special exercises called KEGEL'S exercises.To perform a Kegel exercise, contract your anal muscle and hold the contraction for three seconds. Repeat five times to complete a set and try to perform three or four sets of Kegels throughout your day. Kegel exercises work your pelvic floor muscles and help strengthen your anal muscles. By developing stronger anal muscles, you will help prevent your internal hemorrhoids from becoming external hemorrhoids and increase circulation to your anus, helping to treat existing hemorrhoids. Better to avoid fried , fatty stuff and add lot of fibre the diet.
KEGEL exersise will definatly work. along this u should take one laxative, as constipated stool creats pressure on rectal veins and they get congested. Do tub bath with ayurvedic churna.. Triphala make it decoction.
