if diagnoses with c.o.p.d ten years ago should I have already been seen by a pulmonary specialist?
And I was just diagnosed with pleurisy on May 19 was rushed to er with uncontrollable couch, loss of breath. and throwing up. May 26 rushed to the er again after four hours of coughing loss of air and throwing up chest pains I was diagnosed with BRONCHOSPASM, ACUTE,CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE WITH ACUTE EXACERBATION AND ANXIETY.
My agenda for my visit with him today was to be referred to a pulmonary specialist, is he allowed to refuse to refer to a pulmonary specialists because he feels I do not need one at this time.
