Irritating Cough. Pneumonia, Antibiotics Taken. Any Other Treatment?

Hello - I had pneumonia had week of anti biotics finished a week ago. Not got deep low cough but am still getting irritating cough in my throat - I am not unwell now-why do you think I still have this annoying cough-not all day- am I still getting better from the anti biotics?
Am not going to pay as if you can't answer you can tell me to go to my Dr and I know that but I am asking you on this site.

Hello.Is very frequent that after respiratory tracts infections,residual cough
exits.If cough is not associated with other symptoms(purulent sputum,fatigue,fever
thorax pain)can be treated at home with antitussives drugs.If not get better with antitussives you must go to your doctor.
¿The pneumonia was confirmed by radiography?.I guess if.In that case it is recommended to thoracic radiography control one month after the first.
