Last Fall I Fell And Hurt My Shoulder. Could Not

last fall I fell and hurt my shoulder. Could not move my arm at first. Each day got better. Had x-ray and was okay. I have been unable to gain strength back in my shoulder and now last week I had like a muscle spasm in my thumb. Kind of like a cramp. Now I have some uncontrolled twitching in the same thumb.
