i am a 19 year old girl with a BMI of 30. i am trying to lose weight as i know i am almost obese. i have started yoga and eating a lot of fruits and also moong dal along with tomatoes and onions (bolied). is this enough or what else would you suggest ?

Avoid excess salt in cooking
Dont use refined flour or chocolate
Take luke warm water after food for digestion
Use cabbage juice and vegetable cabbage in any form
Drink plenty of water daily
Eat fresh green salad daily
Live stress free and optimistic
Avoid red meat as it contain high fat
Say no to smoking and alcoholism
Avoid food spicy and fatty
BMI OF 30 IS VERY HIGH BUT AS U START TED DIET GOOD START
INCREASE METABOLISM BY WALKING BRISK / ENROL URSELF IN EXERCISE REGIMEN
EACH WEEK ALTER WITH COMPLETE PROTEIN + GM DIET
PER DAY 70 GM OF PROTEIN WILL BE HELPFUL
BF: 3 EGG WHITE
1GLASS SKIMMED MILK
MM: 1 KATORI KABOLI CHANA
1 FRUIT(NO BANANA)
LUNCH: 1TSP ISABGHUL+1 GLASS WATER
RAW SALAD
1 GLASS CHAAS
2 MULTIGRAIN CHAPATI + 1VEG
4PM GREEN TEA
6PM : ROASTED CHANA
8PM : DINNER: SAME AS LUNCH BUT AVOID STARCH
OLIVE OIL IS GOOD IN VIRGIN STATE.
AT BEDTIME 1TSP HALIM SEEDS SOAKED IN WATER
WT LOSS OF 4 KG / MTH ADMISSABLE IT WILL TAKE TIME BUT WILL HAPPEN
