thank you for your query. smoking marijuana has a lot of negative consequences like harmful effects on your lungs (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchitis etc), brain (psychosis, cognitive decline, amotivational syndrome etc), fetus (congenital malformation). however, it also has analgesic effects for which it is often used in traditional/ indigenous methods of treatment. if you are going for a medical termination of pregnancy, then your gynaecologist will give you medications for your pain relief and take care of your other problems.
