multilevel degenerative changes of the lumbar spine, most prominent at l5/s1 with right Para central posterior disc protrusion that effaces the right lateral recess and encroaches upon the transiting right s1 nerve root. also I have had 2 previous neck surgeries fusion c4 through c7 hardware c4 through c6 . there is multilevel degenerative disc disease, worse at c/3c/4 and c7/t1. c2/c3 disc intervertebral disc space lost height loss. c3/c4 intervertebral disc space height loss and vacuum disc phenomenon. there is a broad based posterior disc osteophyte complex that effaces the ventral thecal sac and flattens the ventral contour of the spinal cord. there is bilateral uncovertebral joint hypertrophy and facet arthrosis with encroachment upon bilateral neural foramina. c7/t1 intervertebral disc space height loss. there is a central posterior dis osteophytes complex that effaces the ventral theca sac and contacts the ventral contour of the spinal cord. there is bilateral apical plural thickening and scarring. impression surgical changes status post anterior fusion c4 through c7 with anterior hardware noted spanning the c4 through c6 levels. multilevel degenerative dis disease, worse at 3/4c4 and c7/t1 as discussed above. all came from spinal injuries as sheet metal mechanic and falling off curve at work please help stay in servere pain and depression also have had left rotator cup repair with anqour in shoulder still have right rotator cup not repaired . I am 62 year old female
