my father blood pressure is 149 over 75 he just took two tramadol and ate dinner he was sweating light headed and dizzy was wondering if we should be concerned he has pulled muscle around the heart area he was on blood pressure medication before surgery and there after which he stopped for the past two weeks this was his first High blood pressurewith the sweating and lightheadedness please text back if we should be concern
