My Husbands Blood Pressure Is Usually Around 160/90 But Tonight

my husbands blood pressure is usually around 160/90 but tonight was 180/100 what does this mean? he does take blood pressure medication Irbessartan 300 mgs and recently had shunt put in left eye due to glaucoma. He also takes aricept for dementia and Levothroxine for post thyroid cancer. He also takes resperitrol for brain function and fish oil and multivitamin and eye drops Zioptan, Zylet. YYYY@YYYY
