My Mother-in-law Was At A Wedding Reception And Shortly After

my mother-in-law was at a wedding reception and shortly after eating she said she felt hot and "not right," She collapsed, had a pulse of 27, and defecated. she came to with CPR, but did it again after they sat her up. Ambulance took her to local ER. EKG passed, blood ok, and waiting for chest CT scan results. Family history of congestive heart failure, heavy smoker, and was flushed all day today. Blood pressures have been running borderline high. She had pains down right arm two days ago. Any insight to what might be going on? Thanks
