my wife has been having spells where she feels like her insides are spinning, her hands begin to shake slowly, she looses strength in her arms and legs, has a difficult time putting sentences together. she can hold something during these spells if she uses both hands but cannot with one hand. spells last about 5 minutes. it takes about 15 minutes for her to be able to stand and is still shaky for another 1-15 minutes. sometimes she gets a severe headache before or after the spell. they are usually 4-6 weeks apart but have been as close to each other as 3 days. spells are short enough that the symptoms are gone by the time I can get her to a hospital or emergency crews to the house. Any ideas?
