Hi, I am 28 years old.I have irregular periods and i have endometriosis cyst on right ovary with 4cmX5cm in length.I am planning for a baby and my doctor has given fertyl super 100mg tablets.what are the cances of getting pregnent?
you have only endometrioma a cyst in right ovary . go for trans vaginal ultrasound to know the extent of endometriosis in other region of pelvis . in case of single endometrial cyst chances of pregnancy do exist. Endometriosis is a condition in which the tissue that behaves like the cells lining of the uterus grows in other areas of the body, causing pain, irregular bleeding, and possible infertility. The cause of endometriosis is unknown, but there are a number of theories. One theory is that the endometrial cells loosened during menstruation may "back up" through the fallopian tubes into the pelvis.in advanced cases of Endometriosis pregnancy becomes very difficult, partially because these cells can block important pathways in and around the uterus.
