Psychiatry Problem

I feel very anxious when I sleep during night. I keep worrying if I have locked the door or not and have to get up and check once again before I can sleep. I feel I have a psychiatry problem. What should I do?

I read some time back about OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). It seems in this people have the habit of doing things again and again- like checking doors, washing hands and all. They keep on doing this many times and are never stop – something like that.
