Right Urethra Stent Placed August 28 Due To A Tumor

right urethra stent placed August 28 due to a tumor placing pressure and not letting the kidney drain. Concerned of kidney damage. Post op all is going well; healing no problems. Today urinary incontinence started while walking. No pain, no signs of infection. Called the urologist for direction, but he did not return call. Why is there incontinence now? Is this normal with a stent? Is there a reason to be concerned? Can it wait until tomorrow? Please advise.
