sir, I m a 24 yr old male student .in 2010 it was fistula in ano occurred in my anus. after that I was advised to go for surgery buy a surgeon but my cousin' s father told don't do surgery in acute phase .afterward I feel pus in that and it pains and relieves afers pus comes out.
