Stress And Anxiety Causing Health Problem??

i am under serious stress from a number of serious pressure on my life, i can see it is seriously affecting my health in many ways. I have a son who is 2 years old now and i think i possibly never got over post natal depression but my problems are now getting harder with financial issues and just being evicted from my house. Also a family member has recently been very ill and it s been a very emotional time for me and my partner with a lot of family issues. I dont get very much sleep because i have now got a bad case of insomnia, i rarely get to sleep before 6am and then am back up again for my son so am constantly tired through the day and need naps but at night time i get to a point where i just cant get to sleep because my mind is overactive. I dont really notice that i often go through a whole day without eating any food and any food which gets put in front of me is hard to eat. my skin reacts badly with stress and it makes me self concious so my lack of confidence often stops me from going out as much. I get bad mood swings because of all of this and it is affecting my relationship with my partner. i dont know how much more strain i can put up with and i just want to be happy again for my son !!! any advice would be great. i dont know who would be the proffesional to talk to in person......?

DEAR JULIA,

I READ YOUR PROBLEM.

I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS:
1. INSOMNIA
2. EASY IRRITABILITY AND MOOD SWINGS
3. DIFFICULTY IN RELATIONSHIP EITHER SPOUSE OR CHILD
4. PSYCHOSOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL STRESS
5. LOSS OF SELF CONFIDENCE
6. SADNESS OF MOOD
7. SOMETIMES OVERREACTIVITY.

SO I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU SHOULD CONSULT PSYCHIATRIST AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, AS YOU PROBABLY HAIVNG SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION. THIS WOULD BE CONFIRMED BY PSYCHIATRIST AFTER INTERVIEWING WITH YOU WHICH GIVES YOU CLEAR PICTURE ABOUT YOUR DISEASE.

BY THE TIME YOU REACH TO PSYCHIATRIST, PUT FOLLOWING IN YOUR PRACTICE:

1. KEEP YOURSELF AWAY FROM THE SITUATION WHERE YOU FEEL REALLY STRESS.
2. KEEP YOURSELF BUSY WITH THE ACTIVITIES WHICH YOU LIKE THE MOST.
3. LISTEN MUSIC-SOFT INSTRUMENTAL,
4. DO YOGA OR MEDITAITON.
5. EAT GOOD AMOUNT OF GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES... ETC..

IF YOUU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS THAN FEEL FREE TO ASK.

you have to see the most imprtantant thing in your life is the life you created. if you dont do everything in your power to help then no matter what yu do will be wort nothing in helping them you will help yourself i never stuck up for myself with teachers doctors even the police but when it came to protecting my son there was nothing or nobody that was going to hurt, harm or just diss him i moved mountains to get him in the good schools, to see the best doctors, and for him to e the best, kindest, gentle soul i could.
while doing that i grew back the own self respect i thought i lost. when i look at him now i am proud and i believe in myself again. i have to my son needs me and looks up to me, he is proud of himself and he believes thats because of me. god bless him

try not to worry about things you do not have. but cherish the things you do. this could be a mother yo still have to talk to , or a father. this could be a beloved pet. If you have none o those remember that good people and innocent animals need you and you need them but you have to reach out a hand life is not a dress rehersal suck it up
