Intra Uterine Fetual Demise can be due to many causes like eclampsia, certain infections, uncontrolled diabetes, hormonal dysfunctions, abnormality or the placenta, genetic abnormality in fetus etc. Only after investigations , the cause can be confirmed, and then the treatment planned so that this doesnt happen again.
