OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
hello,
Welcome to HCM.
First of all,if you have missed period or amenorrhoea for several wk,then do a urine test for hcg.
Check result and do a USG lower abdomen for confirmation of pregnancy or other underlying pathology.
In early wk, pregnancy symptoms basically are nausea, vomiting, bloating, breast discomfort, headache, tiredness etc.
So consult with your gynecologist and take healthy diet, proper rest with folic acid & vitamin supplements. Also avoid stress and do light exercise.
Be well and tc.
