Symptoms Of Intestinal Infection.

My 13 month old had loose motion since two weeks, though she feeds well. We did stool test today, and the color was greenish and had plenty of pus cells in it. Does it indicates an intestinal infection.

Plenty of bacteria never indicates infection.
Plenty of pus cells usually indicate infection of the gut.

Pus cell in stool is normal finding and also greenish stool is a common finding in children.If otherwise normal there is nothings to worry.
