Are Abdominal Pain, Nausea Are Symptoms Of Intestinal Infection?

I was treated for an intestinal infection about six weeks ago. Was running a low grade fever, had colicky abdominal pain, nausea and just didn't feel well. Treated it with antibiotics....it got better. Today I am feeling much the same with a 100.7 temp. Do you think it's the same problem?
Thank you.
