The Muscles In My Upper Back And Neck And Recently

the muscles in my upper back and neck and recently my upper chest have very dense muscles my neck and back always hurt and no matter how much i massage it it dosent make a difference and most pain pills dont help the muscles are so dense they almost feel like bones i have been to alot of doctors and they cant find anything from blood work and urine tests.
