my wife is pregnant (7th month running) for the 3rd delivery after 5 years from the date of her 2nd delivery. earlier two deliveries were through cesarian operation and most probably the third will also be c-section. my parents want her to get tubectomy done in order to avoid 4th pregrancy as it will be high risk in 4th pregnancy. the gynec advised not to go for the tubectomy as it will lead to other complications inculding bleeding. my wife is 29 years old. please advise. also please advise any other good alternatives to avoid pregnancies other than pills and vasectomy
