we were on vacation last week and when we returned Sunday evening my 10 year old son showed me a few little red spots on the bottom of his foot. He says they don't really itch or bother him unless he pushes on them. Last night I check his feet and a similar spot has turned up on the other foot. The pharmacist said Benadryl and cortisone cream should heal it...... However this morning he has a red spot on his hand? Again he says he feels fine otherwise but this seems concerning to me and I have no objections to visiting the doctor's office this afternoon but I don't want to over react either.
