Rash of psoriasis can also involve the body folds like vulvovagina Or it could also be an infection of the hair follicle (folliculitis). Folliculitis is more of a possibility in your case giving rise to raised lesions/bumps.
If i was your treating doctor i would have asked you to take an oral antibiotic for a week(penicillin group or cephalosporin group).
An OTC topical antibacterial ointment like mupirocin twice daily would help in addition in resolving the bumps faster.
