What Could Oval Jellow Like Objects In The Vomit Be ?

i just threw up and in my throw up there were four little pieces of cream/clear colored objects in an oval/pill shapped form. so i put on a glove and picked one up and it felt exactly like jellow. do you have any idea what it could be?

Hi,thanks for query.It could some of undigested food,fruit pulp or some liquids that you have taken and not properly digested..it is not possible that anything else from your stomach can come out.do not worry.
