What Does 4mm Nodular Opacity In The Right Mid Lung Zone Mean?

what is a 4mm nodular opacity noted in the right mid lung zone this is not seen on the lateral film and was further evaluted by an oblique view showing it to represent a vascular structure and there is minimal peribronchial thickening noted in the perihilar area bilaterally?

Nodular opecity in lungs that one pulmonary calcified nodules .This called consolidation.
In chest x ray of consolidation is seen that may be because of tuberculosis.

In granulometuos disease like tuberculosis seen pulmonary consolidation.Necrosis mass which calcify and seen opaque area in chest x ray or ct scan.

Bronchigenic cyst may cause radio opacity in lungs.
Metastatic lesion may cause radiopacity in lungs.
