Hi,
Thank you for posting your query and sending the MRI report.
I have read the report in detail, and would like to reassure you that there is no need to worry about them.
They mainly represent degenerative changes in the
lumbar spine (lower back area). This has resulted in bulging of discs (
soft tissue located between the bones of back). These bulged discs cause pinching of the nerves that emerge out at those area. This results in back and leg pain. In some cases,
tingling and numbness of legs may also occur.
You would benefit from using
pregabalin or
gabapentin capsules.
In some cases, surgery may be needed if medicines and injections fail to relieve the pain.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
