what does this mean. 1. Progressive osteophyte formation at the left uncovertebral joint at C4-5 causing progressive left foraminal narrowing and indenting/displacing the left anterior nerve rootlet.
2. Progressive increase in size of a broad-based disc protrusion eccentric towards the left at C5-6 flattening the left hemicord and causing progressively severe left foraminal narrowing in combination with uncovertebral joint arthropathy.
3. Increase in size of a central disc protrusion which minimally indents the cord at C6-7 causing mild overall central stenosis.
4. No cord signal abnormality.
