What Is The Possibility Of Successful IVF Having Adenomyosis, PCOS And Five Miscarriages?

I am 39 years old and have just been diagnosed with adenomyosis. I also have PCOS. I have had five miscarriages. I have one child which I had through IVF. My doctor suggested I go through another IVF round, however, I am wondering if this would be advisable considering the number of miscarriages I have had (4) following frozen embryo transfers and the fact I have now been diagnosed with adenomyosis. What would is your medical opinion?

Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
If you are eager for one more child, IVF is the only way forward for you.
You can go for PGD - pre implantation genetic diagnosis to only implant good quality embryos to avoid more miscarriages.
If you are happy with one child, nothing like it to avoid any complications.
Take care.
